Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing green tea bud extract powder and the product obtained from this process. This process includes the following steps: preparing coarse tea powder with a particle size of 0.1 to 0.2 mm; extraction using RO water at a low temperature of 50°C to 55°C; plate and frame filtration to separate the residue; vacuum drying at a reduced pressure of 54 mmHg to 80 mmHg and maintaining a stable temperature of 45°C to 48°C to preserve the product's activity; and nano-mechanical grinding at a temperature range of 23°C to 26°C with ultrasonic control to monitor particle size, grinding time, and speed. The product obtained from the process is in the form of a liquid extract with a moisture content of 22% to 25% and a dry, loose powder that disperses completely in water to form a stable colloidal system, with an average particle size of less than 100 nm and a natural polyphenol content exceeding 96%.
