Abstract

The invention proposes a system for processing organic waste at the source, integrating biotechnology and intelligent management. The focus is on a closed decomposition chamber, applying a symbiotic mechanism between native microorganisms and black soldier fly larvae to rapidly decompose waste, producing organic fertilizer and biomass. The system uses sensors and IoT cameras for monitoring, transmitting data to a controller for local processing and sending it to the Cloud to run AI algorithms and control the device remotely. The device uses WiFi signals, or can integrate a LoRa wireless module if located far from the internet, to synchronize data to a Cloud Server and display it on a website dashboard, supporting ESG reporting and carbon credits.
