PROCESS FOR PRODUCING HIGH-YIELD SPROUTS USING PLASMA-ACTIVATED WATER

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing high-yield microgreens using plasma-activated water, comprising the following steps: a) creating PAW containing the following two main components: - hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) at concentrations ranging from 5 to 40 mg / L; - nitrate (NO₃⁻) at concentrations ranging from 15 to 200 mg / L; - the pH of the PAW ranging from 3 to 5.5; b) seed preparation; c) seed soaking; d) sowing; e) watering the plants with diluted PAW; and f) harvesting the finished product.
