COOLING PLATE STRUCTURE

Abstract

The invention proposes a cooling plate structure consisting of a top shell, a base plate, and a flow distribution structure. The base plate comprises a first cooling fin and a second cooling fin. Central reference lines are defined on the base plate, each line being created between the first cooling fin and the second cooling fin, respectively. The first and second cooling fins are arranged alternately on the base plate along the first and second inclination directions, respectively, with reference to the central reference lines. The flow distribution structure is arranged on the first and second cooling fins. Through the flow distribution structure and staggered cooling fins, the problems of uneven flow distribution, countercurrent of air bubbles, and heat conduction efficiency in conventional two-phase cooling systems can be solved.
