Abstract

The invention relates to a process for recovering metals by plasma polymerization using a mixture of ionic liquid and surfactant to create a polymer coating containing metal nanoparticles with high electrical conductivity. The process includes the following steps: preparation of the ionic liquid and Triton X-100 mixture; preparation of the metal or metal precursor substrate; coating the mixture onto the substrate surface; plasma polymerization treatment; and recovery of the polymer coating containing metal nanoparticles. The invention has the advantages of not using toxic chemical reducing agents, a simple process, low temperature, environmental friendliness, and the ability to create a polymer coating containing metal nanoparticles with high adhesion and electrical conductivity. The resulting material can be directly applied in the processing and recycling of electrodes for perovskite solar cells, photosensitive solar cells, lithium-ion rechargeable batteries, and other electronic devices.
