PIEZOELECTRIC OSCILLATION DEVICE

Abstract

The invention relates to a piezoelectric oscillation isolation device comprising an oscillation isolator (3), a piezoelectric spring (9), and an energy management circuit (8). The oscillation isolator (3) has a cylindrical spring (3.4) enclosed outside the piezoelectric spring (9). The invention is characterized by having a stiffness adjustment mechanism (3.20) using a hollow shaft (3.16) with external threads (3.17) to create a threaded connection with a fixed nut (3.22) to change the number of working turns of the cylindrical spring (3.4) through a helical groove (3.18); at the same time, the hollow shaft (3.16) with internal threads (3.40) engages with the threaded arcs (9.5, 9.6) of the piezoelectric spring (9) to simultaneously change the number of working turns of the piezoelectric spring (9) proportionally. The device is capable of both flexibly adjusting the natural frequency to avoid resonance and maintaining optimal distortion for the piezoelectric panels to efficiently regenerate energy and protect the piezoelectric structure.
