Abstract

The invention relates to a quality control system (1) which is a quality control system for goods based on odor in the container in which the goods are contained, the quality control system comprising: sensors, including at least odor sensors (11) which measure odor in the container to produce odor data and measure the state in the container to produce measurement data; a computing device (8) which analyzes the state of the goods based on odor data; and a monitoring device (9) which determines whether to perform an alarm operation to notify the state of the goods based on the alarm level corresponding to the results of the analysis of the state of the goods, an anomaly analysis based on the measurement data and the prescribed threshold corresponding to the measurement data when performing the alarm operation, and to perform the prescribed operation based on the alarm level and anomaly.
