COOL DRYING SYSTEM

Abstract

The invention relates to a system and method of drying using differential pressure combined with condensation heat recovery to dry or concentrate a product. The system comprises a drying chamber (A), a condensation chamber (B), an air duct (A2) connecting the drying chamber (A) and the condensation chamber (B), a differential pressure generator (A3), a heat exchanger (B1), a closed air circulation line (A4), an air circulation pump (A5), supplementary heat sources (C4, D3), and a controller (A12). The differential pressure generator (A3) creates a pressure difference to promote the evaporation of water in the product and transfer the water vapor to the condensation chamber (B). The heat released during condensation is transferred through the heat exchanger (B1) to preheat the circulating air stream returning to the drying chamber (A). The controller (A12) directly or indirectly controls the alternating modes of differential pressure generation, heat recovery, and supplementary heat to maintain a circulating drying cycle.
