Abstract

The invention relates to a rotary stirring device with a low-temperature device designed to produce high-quality urea water by mixing urea and ultrapure water, comprising: a first stirrer that simultaneously receives urea and ultrapure water and performs primary stirring; a second stirrer that receives the initially stirred urea solution from the first stirrer and then performs secondary stirring; a reservoir that receives and stores the secondary-stirred urea water from the second stirrer; a first filter that removes impurities present in the water transferred from the first stirrer to the second stirrer; and a second filter that removes impurities present in the water supplied from the second stirrer to the reservoir.
