PACKAGING CUTTING MACHINE FOR PRODUCING PAPER BAGS FOR CEREALS

Abstract

The invention relates to a paper-cutting machine for producing paper bags for cereals, which precisely cuts and trims multiple raw materials simultaneously and obtains packaging paper for producing paper bags for cereals in a state free of foreign matter. Here, the paper-cutting machine for producing paper bags comprises a first unwinding unit, a second unwinding unit, a third unwinding unit, a guide unit, a cutting unit, a moving unit, and a feeding unit. The first unwinding unit provides the first sheet of paper when the first roll is unwound, and the second unwinding unit provides the second sheet of paper from the underside of the first sheet when the second roll is unwound. The third unwinding unit allows the third sheet of paper to be taken out from the underside of the second sheet when the third roll is unwound. The guide section instructs how to supply the first, second, and third unwinding units by unwinding them from their respective first, second, and third unwinding units.The cutting unit simultaneously cuts the first, second, and third layers of paper supplied via a guide along a pre-set length to form the packaging paper. The moving unit moves the cut packaging paper within the cutting unit, and the moving packaging paper is fed into the feeding unit.
