RICE DRYING SYSTEM

Abstract

The invention relates to a rice drying system comprising a drying tower, bucket elevator, screw conveyor with two discharge doors; chain scraper, cyclone system, drying fan, heat supply pipe, material discharge valve, material spreader with dust and empty grain suction channel, central control unit using an industrial PC, and sensor cables. The sensor cables measure temperature and humidity before, during, and after drying, as well as the temperature and humidity of the outside air. The humidity and temperature values ​​are transmitted to the central control unit using the industrial PC to monitor the drying process and calculate the optimal drying parameters for different rice varieties under varying weather and environmental conditions.
