Abstract

The method for operating a hospital diagnostic and appointment scheduling support system based on an interactive medical chatbot is implemented using a server device according to the invention's scheme, including: generating pre-answer information including multiple status confirmation comments to determine the patient's health status from one or more user terminals associated with the patient when one or more user terminals associated with the patient access the interface for the interactive medical chatbot; receiving multiple status response comments to provide pre-answer information from one or more user terminals associated with the patient; generating patient symptom prediction information based on multiple status response comments, where the symptom prediction information is combined with the output response of a pre-trained lightweight LLM module;The hospital appointment scheduling link includes hospital appointment information indicating one or more hospitals available for scheduling when a hospital appointment is determined to be necessary based on predicted symptoms; and the patient-related symptom summary and predicted prescription information based on predicted symptoms are transferred to at least one desired hospital among one or more hospitals available for scheduling, where the symptom summary includes information summarized by a lightweight LLM module based on pre-questioning information and multiple status response comments between the patient and the interactive medical chatbot.
