OPHTHALMOLOGICAL LENSES

Abstract

An ophthalmic lens comprises a central optical region, a first annular optical region surrounding the central optical region, a second annular optical region surrounding the first annular optical region, and a third annular optical region surrounding the second annular optical region. The ophthalmic lens is defined by two refractive adjustment regions: the first, second, and third refractive adjustment regions. These two regions are selectively positioned within any of the central optical region, the first annular optical region, the second annular optical region, and the third annular optical region, thereby increasing the diopter power profile diversity of the ophthalmic lens.
