Abstract

The exposed display device includes: a substrate containing the first pixel with the first light-emitting region; at least one transistor on the substrate; a first pass-through layer on at least one of these transistors; at least one metal pattern on the first pass-through layer; a second pass-through layer on at least one of these metal patterns and including at least one overhang with at least one of these metal patterns, at least one of which is within the first light-emitting region; a pixel-defining layer on the second pass-through layer and textured to define the first light-emitting region; and pixel electrodes on the second pass-through layer and at least one of the aforementioned overhangs.
