Production process of feed formulations for catfish fingerlings supplemented with Cordyceps militaris extract.

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing a feed preparation for juvenile Pangasianodon hypophthalmus supplemented with Cordyceps militaris extract. The process includes preparing a pelleted or granular base feed; quantifying 1.8-5.0 g of extract per kg of base feed; dissolving or dispersing the extract in 80-120 mL of water / kg of feed; spraying onto the base feed; mixing to distribute the extract on the surface or surface area; drying at 55-65°C for 5-7 hours with periodic stirring every 1.5-2.5 hours; and obtaining a preparation with an extract content of 0.18-0.50% by weight. The process allows for the creation of a feed preparation with a controlled extract content, suitable for juvenile Pangasianodon hypophthalmus and capable of industrial application.
