Abstract

The invention relates to a process for creating a hybrid deposition and silanization transformation layer on the surface of an aluminum alloy, by combining deposition and silanization surface treatment to create a durable structure without the use of hexavalent chromium, enabling the creation of a surface coating with corrosion resistance, paint adhesion and resistance to electrochemical corrosion.
