Abstract

The invention relates to a system of equipment for producing pandan leaves into cotton fiber, comprising two parts: Part 1, intended for separating fresh pandan leaves into dry fiber bundles, includes: a module for separating fresh leaves into fiber bundles, including: at least one conveyor belt for feeding pandan leaf raw material into the machine; at least one fiber separation blade shaft; Part 2, intended for separating pandan fiber from dry fiber bundles into single fibers, a fiber production line including: a coarse fiber cutting machine; a fiber beating machine; a coarse fiber separator; a 5-shaft fiber cleaning machine; a first-stage fine fiber separator; a fine dust filter; and a second-stage fine fiber separator. The system performs the process of producing pandan leaves into cotton fiber, including the following steps: fiber separation, water pressing, drying, cottonization, cutting, beating, combing, cleaning, and baling.
