Multifunctional nanocomposite films with oriented layered structures and a film manufacturing process.

Abstract

The invention relates to a functional nanocomposite film material, specifically a nanocomposite based on MXene and cellulose nanofibers (cellulose nanofiber, CNF), having an oriented layered structure and interface-reinforced by surface-modifying agents. Furthermore, the invention relates to a process for producing this nanocomposite film. The nanocomposite film obtained according to the invention can be used in applications requiring one or more properties simultaneously, including electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, thermal conductivity, thermal management, in-plane heat transfer, mechanical strength, and stability against oxidation and under operating environmental conditions.
