POND WATER AND SLUDGE TREATMENT EQUIPMENT WITH REPLACEABLE ZEOLITE AND MICROBIAL CARRIER CORE

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for treating pond bottom water and sludge with interchangeable zeolite cores and microbial carrier cores. The device consists of a treatment body, a bottom inlet with slots tangentially oriented into a settling cup, an annular zeolite core, an annular microbial carrier core, and a central air-lifting pipe. The water-sludge stream enters the settling cup to retain heavy sediment, then successively passes through the zeolite core and microbial carrier core before entering the water inlet of the air-lifting pipe and being discharged through the water outlet. Each core has its own frame and handle for vertical withdrawal; the settling cup has its own sludge discharge valve. The device can be placed or suspended to maintain a distance between the inlet and the bottom, thereby treating the bottom area locally with air, reducing the need for water pumps and facilitating maintenance.
