EQUIPMENT FOR ACTIVATING AND DISTRIBUTING MICROBIAL PRODUCTS USING A LIFTING AIR FLOW

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for activating and distributing microbial preparations by air lift. The device consists of an activation tank, an air lift pipe, a downward recirculation chamber, an air distributor, two material boxes, a sequential opening mechanism, a foam separation chamber, and a distribution line. The nutrient box is opened first, while the microbial box is held closed by a latch connected to a float via a hydraulic brake. When the tank reaches the working level, the brake creates a delay before opening the microbial box, thereby diluting the nutrient source before the spores are introduced. The air flow in the lift pipe simultaneously creates circulation and supplies oxygen. The end of the lift pipe connects to the foam separation chamber and a selector valve to recirculate the solution during the activation phase or transfer it to the distribution line for the pond. The device reduces the number of submerged moving parts and can utilize the available air supply of the pond.
