PICKLEBALL MOLD WITH MULTIPLE CAVITATIONS AND QUICK-LOCK MECHANISM

Abstract

The useful solution refers to a multi-cavity pickleball mold with quick-locking capabilities, comprising an upper mold frame, lower mold frame, upper molds, lower molds, and screw assemblies. The upper mold connecting parts are located in the upper mold frame; high-temperature spring-loaded adjusting sleeves are connected to the upper end of each upper mold; high-temperature springs are located within the high-temperature spring-loaded adjusting sleeves; the upper end of each screw assembly is connected to the corresponding upper mold connecting part, and its lower end is fitted into the high-temperature spring and connected to the corresponding upper mold; the lower end of the upper mold is connected to the corresponding lower mold; and the lower end of the lower mold is connected to the lower mold frame. Positioning guide pillars, pressing pillar assemblies, and quick-lock assemblies are arranged between the upper and lower mold frames. The upper and lower mold frames are positioned by the positioning guide pillars, and the upper and lower mold frames are quickly locked and pressed together by the quick-lock assemblies.This useful solution allows for quick locking and pressing, and offers advantages such as high production efficiency, low production costs, precise positioning, and uniform and tight pressing force.
