SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIGITIZING DATA AND GENERATING MULTI-STANDARD ENVIRONMENTAL-SOCIAL-GOVERNANCE (ESG) REPORTS FROM SELF-DECLARATED DATA AND IOT DEVICE DATA, IMAGES AND VIDEOS

Abstract

This useful solution proposes a system and methodology for digitizing data and generating multi-standard Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) reports using a computer. Input ESG data is collected from user-provided data (documents, electronic certificates) and / or from signals from IoT sensors / cameras installed at the production facility. An artificial intelligence module analyzes the input data to extract and standardize it into a unified set of ESG indicators, stored in a data hub (which can be deployed in a centralized or distributed architecture) with identifiers and timestamps. From this same set of indicators, the system automatically generates multiple different compliance report formats simultaneously (GRI, CDP, ESRS / CSRD, VSME, GHG Protocol / ISO 14064-14067, CBAM, Decree 06 / 2022 / ND-CP, Circular 96 / 2020 / TT-BTC, etc.).) and automatically update generated reports when the original data changes, while providing role-based access for businesses, authorized government agencies, and business partners / customers.
