PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR FREEZE-DRIED EXTRACELLULAR SECRETIONS

Abstract

The useful solution refers to a freeze-dried extracellular secretion preparation and its production process. The preparation consists of extracellular secretion derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSC-EV), sucrose at concentrations of 1% to 10% by weight / volume, and human serum albumin (HSA) at concentrations of 0.1% to 1% by weight / volume, with a sucrose / HSA mass ratio of 10 / 1. The production process includes the following steps: (step 1) preparation of MSC-EV suspension; (step 2) mixing; (step 3) freezing; and (step 4) freeze-drying.
