Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a solution for video processing. A method for video processing is proposed. The method comprises: obtaining, for a conversion between a current video unit of a video and a bitstream of the video, first information regarding whether to apply a sample-based affine scheme to the current video unit, wherein the first information is determined based on second information regarding usage of an overlap subblock based motion compensation (OBMC) on the current video unit, and the current video unit is coded with an affine-based mode; and performing the conversion based on the first information.
