Abstract

The invention relates to the food industry, and more particularly to food products with added algal components. Proposed is an energy food composition comprising a product of algae processing and a liquid component, wherein the product of algae processing is an extract in an amount of 5.71-824.67 mg per 1 litre of the liquid component, the mass concentration of iodide ions in the liquid component is 50-2400 μg / l, and the energy food composition contains polyphenol compounds, mannitol, minerals, nitrogen-containing substances, and potassium and sodium alginates in the following amounts: 28-124948 μg / l polyphenol compounds; 714-346391 μg / l mannitol; 1387-742268 μg / l minerals; 39-131134 μg / l nitrogen-containing substances; 63-19793 μg / l potassium and sodium alginates. The technical result is that of providing the body with essential and energizing biologically active substances from seaweed: iodine, polyphenol compounds, mannitol, minerals and nitrogen-containing substances, as well as potassium and sodium alginates.
