Abstract

The feature disclosed in the description of the present application is for allowing a user to easily interact in presentation of information. A character interaction system relating to the feature disclosed in the description of the present application comprises an information processing unit for processing facility information relating to a facility provided within a limited space, and a response processing unit for providing the facility information in accordance with an input from a user. The response processing unit is connected to an input / output device so as to transmit the facility information to the user through a character displayed on at least one display device provided to the input / output device.
