Abstract

The present invention relates to nanoparticles that prevent or treat cancer, and a preparation method therefor. The nanoparticles of the present invention are loaded with a TGF-β inhibitor and coated with a macrophage membrane, and thus can target tumors and metastatic sites, inhibits tumor growth and metastasis, and has a synergistic effect of inhibiting tumor growth by means of co-administration with an immune checkpoint inhibitor.
