Abstract
Disclosed in the present invention is an endoscopic lithotripsy system, comprising an endoscope (1), a negative pressure collection device (2), a working main unit (3) and an observation screen (4). The endoscope (1) comprises a mirror tube (12), an inner sheath tube (13) and an outer sheath tube (14); after the inner sheath tube (13) is removed, a gap between the outer sheath tube (14) and the mirror tube (12) forms a suction channel (15) connected to the negative pressure collection device (2); a perfusion port (31) of the working main unit (3) is connected to a perfusion inlet (118) of the endoscope (1), and a negative pressure port (32) of the working main unit (3) is connected to the negative pressure collection device (2). Thus, by providing the suction channel (15), stones in the body can be crushed under visual operation, and suction cleaning of the crushed stones is achieved, effectively preventing the recurrence of stones; moreover, by providing the negative pressure collection device (2), the crushed stones which have been sucked out can be collected for further sample pathology analysis to identify the cause of the disease, helping to formulate a more suitable treatment plan for the patient; in addition, the endoscopic lithotripsy system has a perfusion function and a suction function, and can thus achieve controllable intra-renal pressure, avoid excessive intra-renal pressure, and have higher surgical safety.
