Abstract

The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of communications. Provided are a resource determination method and apparatus, and a readable storage medium. The resource determination method comprises: determining that consecutive LBT failures of a first resource of a terminal device are triggered, and a first state of the first resource of the terminal device is triggered, wherein the first state indicates that a sidelink (SL) resource corresponding to the first resource is unavailable; sending indication information to a network device, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the terminal device detects the consecutive LBT failures; canceling the consecutive LBT failures of the first resource; and if a first condition is met, canceling the first state of the first resource. In the method, by means of the first condition, the first resource is prevented from becoming available immediately after the first resource triggers the consecutive LBT failures, and the terminal device is prevented from immediately re-selecting the first resource for SL transmission, thereby improving the success rate of LBT performed by the terminal device, and ensuring the timely transmission of SL data.
