Provided in the present application is a communication method. The method comprises: within a service range of a first network device, receiving a first reporting condition sent by the first network device, wherein the first reporting condition comprises an identifier of the first network device and an identifier of a user equipment, and the first reporting condition is used for indicating a condition for reporting user equipment history information (UHI) of the user equipment to the first network device; and within a service range of a second network device, sending feedback information of the user equipment, the identifier of the user equipment and the identifier of the first network device to the second network device, wherein the feedback information of the user equipment comprises UHI meeting the first reporting condition. The technical solution of the present application can realize a user equipment path feedback transmission mechanism across network devices.
