Abstract
Description
Washing head for a telescopic cleaning device for a motor vehicle.
[0001] The technical context of the present invention is that of telescopic cleaning devices for motor vehicles, making it possible to clean a useful surface of a sensor or a lighting and / or signaling device arranged for example on the front of the motor vehicle. More particularly, the invention relates to a washing head for such a telescopic cleaning device.
[0002] In the state of the art, the use of numerous detection devices deployed on motor vehicles is known, making it possible to detect a near or distant environment around the motor vehicle. Such detection devices are used, for example, to help or assist the driver during maneuvers, for example, to park his motor vehicle, or to detect the presence of another motor vehicle located in a blind spot when overtaking, to detect a crossing of lines on the road or to detect motor vehicles or pedestrians located near the motor vehicle. By way of non-limiting examples, such detection devices include, for example, cameras, radars, LIDARs (an acronym for "light detection and ranging" meaning laser remote sensing) or ultrasonic sensors or infrared wave sensors.Such detection devices generally comprise a detection surface through which waves emitted by the detection device are emitted towards the external environment of the motor vehicle on which these detection devices are installed.
[0003] In order not to disturb the waves emitted by these detection devices and to guarantee optimal operation, it is sought to keep their detection surface clean. To this end, it is known to associate with these detection devices, devices for cleaning the detection surface of said detection devices.
[0004] Cleaning devices are known which allow a cleaning liquid to be projected against the detection surface, in order to remove dust, particles or any adhesion present on the detection surface. Such cleaning devices comprise at least one nozzle for projecting such a cleaning liquid. The projection nozzle is located close to the detection surface, so as to project the cleaning liquid towards the detection surface. A known disadvantage of these projection devices is that they remain visible and that they sometimes lead to a complex design in order to be able to position them opposite or close to the detection surface onto which the cleaning liquid is to be projected. In addition, the projection of the cleaning liquid onto the detection surface is not always optimally achievable depending on the dimensions of the detection surface to be cleaned.
[0005] In order to solve the problem of spray nozzles located close to a detection surface, telescopic cleaning devices are also known comprising one or more spray nozzles located at the end of a telescopic pole, so that, when the telescopic pole is erected, the spray nozzle(s) are located opposite the detection surface – in order to be able to efficiently spray the cleaning liquid onto the projection surface in an optimal manner – and when the telescopic pole is folded, the spray nozzle(s) do not hinder the operation of the sensor and are not visible.
[0006] A known drawback of these telescopic cleaning devices lies in the fragility of the materials used and their tolerance to bad weather. Indeed, such cleaning devices generally have a plastic body to allow the circulation of the cleaning liquid. On the other hand, at the end cap covering the plastic body, we often observe degradation of appearance and structure, following prolonged exposure to the sun in particular. This degradation can cause the end cap to crumble, crack or break.
[0007] We then know the use of an end cap attached to the plastic body of the telescopic cleaning device, but this solution is not always satisfactory, and in particular in terms of the associated size since such attached end caps have increased dimensions to be able to incorporate anchoring means to the plastic body of the telescopic cleaning devices.
[0008] The object of the present invention is to provide a novel washing head for a telescopic cleaning device in order to at least largely address the above problems and to further lead to other advantages.
[0009] Another object of the invention is to improve the reliability and durability of such a washing head.
[0010] Another aim of the invention is to provide an optimized washing head.
[0011] Another aim of the invention is to reduce the size of such a washing head.
[0012] According to a first aspect of the invention, at least one of the aforementioned objectives is achieved with a washing head for a telescopic cleaning device for a motor vehicle, the washing head comprising:
[0013] - a hollow body delimiting an internal conduit intended to allow the flow of a cleaning liquid, the hollow body comprising at least one nozzle for projecting the cleaning liquid towards a surface to be cleaned of the motor vehicle, the at least one projection nozzle being fluidically coupled to the internal conduit and located at a terminal end of the hollow body, the projection nozzle, the hollow body being formed from a first material;
[0014] - an end cap covering the terminal end of the hollow body, the end cap being made in one piece with the hollow body and formed from a second material different from the first material.
[0015] In the context of the present invention, the hollow body has a generally cylindrical conformation. The hollow body extends mainly along a specific elongation axis. The hollow body is configured to be securely attached to a free end of a telescopic arm of the telescopic cleaning device. The hollow body thus makes it possible to convey the cleaning liquid from the telescopic arm to the at least one projection nozzle.
[0016] In the context of the present invention, the at least one projection nozzle is located at the terminal end of the hollow body, that is to say the one located at a distance from the telescopic arm with which the washing head is intended to collaborate. In other words, the at least one projection nozzle is located on an opposite side of the hollow body to that from which said hollow body is intended to be coupled to the telescopic arm of the telescopic cleaning device, relative to the proper elongation axis.
[0017] In the context of the present invention, the inner conduit is located inside the hollow body. More generally, the inner conduit is associated with the hollow body. More particularly, the inner conduit is made of a single material with the hollow body. In the context of the present invention, by “made of a single material”, it is understood that the inner conduit and the hollow body are made from the same manufacturing process and that they cannot be detached from each other without one and / or the other being entirely or partially damaged or destroyed.
[0018] In the context of the present invention, the end cap is located at the terminal end of the hollow body, relative to the proper elongation axis. The end cap forms a member overhanging the washing head and the hollow body. The end cap extends across the hollow body, at its terminal end. In other words, the end cap extends in particular in a plane perpendicular to the proper elongation axis, so as to cap the hollow body. Furthermore, relative to the proper elongation axis, the end cap extends beyond the at least one projection nozzle, so that the at least one projection nozzle is located in an intermediate position between the hollow body and the end cap, relative to the proper elongation axis. Thus, the end cap forms an umbrella for the hollow body, in order to protect both the hollow body and the at least one projection nozzle.
[0019] Particularly advantageously, the invention proposes that the end cap is formed from a material – the second material – distinct and different from the material from which the hollow body is formed – the first material. Furthermore, the end cap is made in one piece with the hollow body, so that the end cap and the hollow body are produced by the same manufacturing process and cannot be detached from each other without one and / or the other being completely or partially damaged or destroyed.
[0020] The second material is advantageously chosen from those of the type resistant to solar radiation and ultraviolet radiation. By way of non-limiting example, the first material is of the plastic type, and in particular an opaque thermoplastic terpolymer, in particular of the acrylonitrile styrene acrylate type, or even of a polyoxymethylene. Conversely, the second material is preferably of the type of a plastic composite comprising acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate and polycarbonate.
[0021] Thus, the washing head according to the first aspect of the invention forms a monolithic assembly bringing together the hollow body, the at least one projection nozzle and the end cap. None of these components is subsequently attached to the others by any fixing means. Conversely, they are all obtained during the same manufacturing process – preferably by bi-material molding – in order to be intimately linked to each other, forming a compact and unitary assembly. Advantageously, the end cap is formed from the second material injected onto the first material forming the hollow body and the at least one projection nozzle.
[0022] The washing head according to the first aspect of the invention solves the technical problem by the possibility of designing a monolithic assembly of simpler and more compact shape. Furthermore, the use of a first material for the hollow body and the at least one projection nozzle on the one hand, and of a second material for the end cap on the other hand, makes it possible to adapt the choice of said materials according to the mechanical and / or chemical constraints to which each of these members is subjected when using the washing head on a telescopic cleaning device.
[0023] The washing head in accordance with the first aspect of the invention advantageously comprises at least one of the improvements below, the technical characteristics forming these improvements being able to be taken alone or in combination:
[0024] - the at least one projection nozzle is made of a single material with the hollow body. In the context of the present invention, by “made of a single material”, it is understood that the hollow body and each projection nozzle are made from the same manufacturing process and that they cannot be detached from each other without one and / or the other being entirely or partially damaged or destroyed;
[0025] - the end cap covers the hollow body, such that a peripheral edge of the end cap extends radially at or beyond a peripheral flank of the hollow body, relative to a radial direction with respect to a proper elongation axis of the hollow body. This advantageous configuration makes it possible to cover the telescopic cleaning device when the latter is retracted, thus protecting it from any external projection. The end cap thus forms a protective shield for the hollow body and the at least one projection nozzle of the washing head;
[0026] - the terminal end of the hollow body is overmolded by the end cap. In other words, the second material forming the end cap is injected at the hollow body and its terminal end so that the first material forming the hollow body forms retaining members of the end cap during this injection of the second material;
[0027] - in particular, at the terminal end, the hollow body comprises at least one groove in which the end cap is engaged. The at least one groove is a circumferential groove which extends circumferentially around the proper elongation axis of the hollow body. Preferably, at the terminal end, the hollow body comprises a circumferential groove which extends circumferentially around the proper elongation axis of the hollow body. This advantageous configuration makes it possible to better connect the end cap to the hollow body and to form an axial retaining member during the injection of the second material, relative to the proper elongation axis;
[0028] - relative to the proper elongation axis, the circumferential groove is delimited by a first wall forming a collar for the hollow body and a second wall located opposite the first wall, the second wall forming a bearing surface for the end cap. In particular, relative to the proper elongation axis, the circumferential groove is delimited by a first wall forming a collar for the hollow body and a second wall located opposite the first wall, the second wall forming an undercut intended to have a mechanical attachment for the end cap. The mechanical attachment thus makes it possible to adhere the end cap against the second wall delimiting the circumferential groove. The first wall extends perpendicular to the proper elongation axis of the hollow body. The second wall extends parallel to the first wall.Preferably, the second wall extends perpendicular to the proper elongation axis of the hollow body;
[0029] - relative to the proper elongation axis, the first wall is located at a distance from the second wall of between 1 mm and 10 mm, preferably between 3 mm and 7 mm, preferably equal to 5 mm. This advantageous configuration makes it possible to provide sufficient space for the injection of the second material forming the end cap into the peripheral groove forming the terminal end of the hollow body;
[0030] - the first wall is delimited by a first peripheral contour of the type of a circular contour. The second wall is delimited by a second peripheral contour of the type of a circular contour;
[0031] - relative to a direction perpendicular to the proper elongation axis, the first circular contour is located at a greater distance from the proper elongation axis than that at which the second circular contour is located. In other words, relative to a direction perpendicular to the proper elongation axis, a second circular contour delimiting the second wall is located in an intermediate position between the proper elongation axis of the hollow body and a first circular contour delimiting the first wall of the groove. This advantageous configuration makes it possible to facilitate the injection of the second material forming the end cap onto the previously formed hollow body, by proposing a geometry of the circumferential groove and of the first and second walls which facilitate the injection of the second material into the circumferential groove and between the first wall and the second wall;
[0032] - relative to a direction perpendicular to the proper elongation axis, a distance between the first circular contour and the second circular contour is between 1 mm and 10 mm, preferably between 1 mm and 5 mm, preferably equal to 3 mm;
[0033] - the hollow body comprises at least one rib which extends across the circumferential groove, between the first wall and the second wall. This advantageous configuration makes it possible to mechanically reinforce the terminal end of the hollow body, and in particular the circumferential groove delimited by the first wall and the second wall;
[0034] - the at least one rib extends rectilinearly from a central region of the hollow body proximal to the hollow body and towards the second circular contour of the second wall. This advantageous configuration makes it easier to remove a mold used for injecting the second material to form the end cap on the hollow body;
[0035] - the at least one rib extends to the second circular contour of the second wall;
[0036] - in particular, the at least one rib comprises two ribs which extend at a distance from each other and in a parallel manner to each other. Additionally, the hollow body comprises two lateral legs which extend along the hollow body, from the first wall delimiting the circumferential groove and towards an end opposite the terminal end of said hollow body, the at least one rib extending parallel or substantially parallel to at least one of the two lateral legs;
[0037] - the lateral legs form lateral flanks which extend on either side of the hollow body, relative to the proper elongation axis. The lateral legs extend between the at least one projection nozzle and a coupling end of the hollow body with a telescopic arm. The two lateral legs extend on a first side of the hollow body, and the at least one rib extends on a second side of the hollow body, opposite the first side relative to the proper elongation axis;
[0038] - the two side jambs extend parallel to each other;
[0039] - the hollow body comprises a boss which projects from the second wall delimiting the circumferential groove. This advantageous configuration makes it possible to improve the injection of the second material onto the first material, at the level of the second wall, so that a thickness of said second material is substantially identical over the second wall;
[0040] - the end cap forms a flat or domed surface over the second wall delimiting the circumferential groove of the hollow body, relative to a plane taken perpendicular to the proper elongation axis of the hollow body;
[0041] - the peripheral edge of the end cap is lying on the second peripheral contour of the second wall delimiting the circumferential groove of the hollow body. In other words, the peripheral edge of the end cap coincides with the second peripheral contour of the second wall delimiting the circumferential groove of the hollow body;
[0042] - the peripheral edge of the end cap is of the type of a circular edge;
[0043] - as previously mentioned, the end cap extends into the circumferential groove. In particular, the end cap extends between the first wall and the second wall delimiting the circumferential groove. In particular, the end cap extends between the two ribs located in the circumferential groove.
[0044] According to a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a telescopic cleaning device for a motor vehicle, the cleaning device comprising:
[0045] - a telescopic arm forming a fluid conduit for a cleaning liquid;
[0046] - a washing head according to the first aspect of the invention or according to any of its improvements, the hollow body of said washing head being mechanically coupled to the telescopic arm so that the internal conduit of the hollow body is fluidically coupled to the fluid conduit of the telescopic arm.
[0047] In the context of the present invention, the telescopic arm is configured to take:
[0048] – a first configuration, called the folded configuration, in which the telescopic arm is folded back on itself, relative to a specific elongation axis of said telescopic arm. In this folded configuration, the washing head is not functional, that is to say it is not configured to be able to project onto a detection surface the cleaning liquid transported by the fluid conduit of the telescopic arm;
[0049] – a second configuration, called the retracted configuration, in which the telescopic arm is unfolded, carrying the washing head at a distance and allowing it to be functional.
[0050] According to a third aspect of the invention, there is provided a detection assembly comprising:
[0051] - at least one detection device comprising a detection surface forming a surface to be cleaned; and
[0052] - a device for cleaning the detection surface in accordance with the second aspect of the invention.
[0053] The cleaning device is associated with at least one detection device. In particular, this association is such that, when the telescopic arm of the telescopic cleaning device is configured in its retracted configuration, then the at least one projection nozzle of the washing head associated with the telescopic arm is located directly above and / or opposite and at a distance from the detection surface, so as to be able to directly project the cleaning liquid onto said detection surface.

[0062] In particular, all the variants and embodiments described can be combined with each other if there is no technical obstacle to this combination.
[0063] In the figures, elements common to several figures retain the same reference.
[0064] With reference to the, the invention relates to a telescopic cleaning device 2 for a motor vehicle, the cleaning device 2 comprising:
[0065] - a telescopic arm 21 comprising a fluid conduit 211 for a cleaning liquid;
[0066] - a washing head 1 as described below with reference to FIGURES 2 to 5, the washing head 1 being fluidically coupled to the fluid conduit 211 of the telescopic arm 21.
[0067] The telescopic arm 21 has a generally cylindrical shape. It comprises at least two sections which can slide relative to each other in order to vary its elongation, relative to a specific elongation axis O1. In particular, the telescopic arm 21 is configured to take:
[0068] – a first configuration, called the folded configuration, in which the telescopic arm 21 is folded back on itself, relative to a specific elongation axis O1 of said telescopic arm 21. In this folded configuration, the washing head 1 is not functional, that is to say it is not configured to be able to project onto a detection surface the cleaning liquid transported by the fluid conduit 211 of the telescopic arm 21;
[0069] – a second configuration, called the retracted configuration, in which the telescopic arm 21 is unfolded, carrying the washing head 1 at a distance and allowing it to be functional.
[0070] The washing head 1 is located at a free end 10B of the telescopic arm 21.
[0071] With reference to FIGURES 2 to 5, the washing head 1 comprises:
[0072] - a hollow body 11 delimiting an internal conduit 111 intended to allow the flow of the cleaning liquid, the hollow body 11 comprising at least one nozzle 13 for spraying the cleaning liquid towards a surface to be cleaned of the motor vehicle, the at least one spray nozzle 13 being fluidically coupled to the internal conduit 111 and located at a terminal end 10A of the hollow body 11, the spray nozzle 13, the hollow body 11 being formed from a first material;
[0073] - an end cap 12 covering the terminal end 10A of the hollow body 11, the end cap 12 being made in one piece with the hollow body 11 and formed from a second material different from the first material.
[0074] The hollow body 11 of the washing head 1 has a generally cylindrical conformation. The hollow body 11 extends mainly along a specific elongation axis O1, so as to be aligned with the telescopic arm 21 of the cleaning device 2 with which the washing head 1 is intended to be coupled.
[0075] The hollow body 11 is fixedly attached to the free end 10B of the telescopic arm 21 of the telescopic cleaning device 2 in order to convey the cleaning liquid from the telescopic arm 21 to the at least one spray nozzle 13. For this purpose, the hollow body 11 comprises means for retaining the telescopic arm 21. The hollow body 11 of the washing head 1 is mechanically coupled to the telescopic arm 21 of the cleaning device 2 so that the internal conduit 111 of the hollow body 11 is fluidically coupled to the fluid conduit 211 of the telescopic arm 21.
[0076] Additionally, the hollow body 11 comprises two lateral legs 115 which extend along the hollow body 11, from the terminal end 10A of the hollow body 11 and towards the free end 10B towards which the hollow body 11 is intended to collaborate with the telescopic arm 21. The lateral legs 115 form lateral flanks which extend on either side of the hollow body 11, relative to the proper elongation axis O1. The two lateral legs 115 extend parallel to each other.
[0077] As seen in FIGURES 2 and 4, the hollow body 11 delimits the inner conduit 111, said inner conduit 111 being located inside the hollow body 11. The end cap 12 is located at the terminal end 10A of the hollow body 11, relative to the proper elongation axis O1. The end cap 12 forms a member overhanging the washing head 1 and the hollow body 11. Relative to a plane transverse to the proper elongation axis O1, the end cap 12 extends across the hollow body 11, at its terminal end 10A. Furthermore, relative to the proper elongation axis O1, the end cap 12 extends beyond the at least one projection nozzle 13, so that the at least one projection nozzle 13 is located in an intermediate position between the hollow body 11 and the end cap 12, relative to the proper elongation axis O1.Thus, the end cap 12 forms an umbrella for the hollow body 11, in order to protect both the hollow body 11 and the at least one spray nozzle 13.
[0078] The end cap 12 is formed from a material – the second material – distinct and different from the material from which the hollow body 11 is formed – the first material. Furthermore, the end cap 12 is made from the same material as the hollow body 11, so that the end cap 12 and the hollow body 11 are made from the same manufacturing process – and in particular by bi-material molding, so that the washing head 1 forms a monolithic assembly bringing together the hollow body 11, the at least one projection nozzle 13 and the end cap 12.
[0079] At its terminal end 10A, the hollow body 11 comprises a circumferential groove 112 which extends circumferentially around the proper elongation axis O1 of the hollow body 11. The circumferential groove 112 formed by the first material thus forms a retaining member for the end cap 12 during the injection of the second material, thus making it possible to connect the end cap 12 to the hollow body 11 without the need to add fixing elements.
[0080] Thus, the terminal end 10A of the hollow body 11 is overmolded by the end cap 12. In other words, the end cap 12 covers the hollow body 11, so that a peripheral edge of the end cap 12 extends radially at or beyond a peripheral flank of the hollow body 11, relative to a radial direction with respect to a proper elongation axis O1 of the hollow body 11. The end cap 12 thus forms a protective shield for the hollow body 11 and the at least one projection nozzle 13 of the washing head 1.
[0081] Relative to the proper elongation axis O1, the circumferential groove 112 is delimited by a first wall 1121 forming a collar for the hollow body 11 and a second wall 1122 located opposite the first wall 1121, the second wall 1122 forming a bearing surface for the end cap 12. The first wall 1121 extends perpendicular to the proper elongation axis O1 of the hollow body 11. The second wall 1122 extends parallel to the first wall 1121. Preferably, the second wall 1122 extends perpendicular to the proper elongation axis O1 of the hollow body 11.
[0082] The first wall 1121 is located in an intermediate position between the second wall 1122 and the at least one spray nozzle 13 of the washing head 1.
[0083] The first wall 1121 and the second wall 1122 delimiting the circumferential groove 112 form planar walls 1121, 1122 of constant or substantially constant thickness. Relative to the proper elongation axis O1, the first wall 1121 and the second wall 1122 extend all around said proper elongation axis O1. The first wall 1121 thus forms an axial shoulder surface of the washing head 1 on the hollow body 11 and, more particularly, on the telescopic arm 21.
[0084] The first wall 1121 is delimited by a first peripheral contour 1123 of the circular contour type. The second wall 1122 is delimited by a second peripheral contour 1124 of the circular contour type. The second wall 1122 of the circumferential groove 112 forms an undercut allowing the mechanical attachment of the end cap 12. The first peripheral contour 1123 extends radially outside the hollow body 11 taken at its terminal end 10A. In other words, in a plane perpendicular to the proper elongation axis O1, a diameter of the first wall 1121 delimiting the circumferential groove 112 is greater than a diameter of the hollow body 11 taken between the free end 10B of the telescopic arm 21 and the terminal end 10A of said hollow body 11.
[0085] Relative to a direction perpendicular to the proper elongation axis O1, the second peripheral contour 1124 delimiting the second wall 1122 is located in an intermediate position between the proper elongation axis O1 of the hollow body 11 and the first peripheral contour 1123 delimiting the first wall 1121 of the groove. This advantageous configuration makes it easier to inject the second material forming the end cap 12 onto the previously formed hollow body 11.
[0086] Thus, the hollow body 11 forming the washing head 1 offers a geometry at its terminal end 10A adapted to the injection of the second material to form the end cap 12. It is understood that, in the case of a two-material molding, the hollow body 11 is first formed with a first mold and the injection of the first material, then the first mold is partially removed and completed by a second mold in order to form the end cap 12 over the hollow body 11, at and beyond its terminal end 10A.
[0087] Additionally, the lateral legs 115 of the hollow body 11 extend from the first wall 1121 delimiting the circumferential groove 112 and in the direction of an end opposite the terminal end 10A of said hollow body 11.
[0088] The hollow body 11 comprises, at the level of the second wall 1122 delimiting the circumferential groove 112, a boss 113 which projects from said second wall 1122. The boss 113 projects from the second wall 1122 and in a direction opposite to the at least one projection nozzle 13, relative to the proper elongation axis O1.
[0089] In order to reinforce the washing head 1 at its end cap 12, and in particular its connection with the circumferential groove 112 arranged on the hollow body 11, the hollow body 11 comprises at least one rib 114 which extends across the circumferential groove 112, between the first wall 1121 and the second wall 1122. Preferably, in the embodiment illustrated in the FIGURES, the hollow body 11 comprises two ribs 113 which each extend across the circumferential groove 112, between the first wall 1121 and the second wall 1122, relative to the proper elongation axis O1. The two ribs 113 extend parallel and at a distance from each other.
[0090] The ribs 113 are obtained by molding during the formation of the hollow body 11. Also, in order to facilitate the removal of the dies allowing them to be formed, the two ribs 113 extend in a rectilinear manner from a central region of the hollow body 11 proximal to the proper elongation axis O1 and in the direction of the second circular contour of the second wall 1122.
[0091] In a plane perpendicular to the proper elongation axis O1, each rib 114 extends to the second circular contour of the second wall 1122.
[0092] Additionally, the ribs 113 located between the first wall 1121 and the second wall 1122 delimiting the circumferential groove 112 extend parallel or substantially parallel to the lateral legs 115 of the hollow body 11. The two lateral legs 115 extend on a first side of the hollow body 11, and the ribs 113 extend on a second side of the hollow body 11, opposite the first side relative to the proper elongation axis O1.
[0093] The end cap 12 covers the end portion of the hollow body 11, beyond the circumferential groove 112 relative to the proper elongation axis O1. In particular, the end cap 12 forms a flat or curved surface over the second wall 1122 delimiting the circumferential groove 112 of the hollow body 11, relative to a plane taken perpendicular to the proper elongation axis O1 of the hollow body 11. Furthermore, the end cap 12 extends into the circumferential groove 112. In particular, the end cap 12 extends between the first wall 1121 and the second wall 1122 delimiting the circumferential groove 112. In particular, the end cap 12 also extends between the two ribs 113 located in the circumferential groove 112.
[0094] The peripheral edge of the end cap 12 is lying on the second peripheral contour 1124 of the second wall 1122 delimiting the circumferential groove 112 of the hollow body 11.
[0095] In the embodiment illustrated in the FIGURES, the peripheral edge of the end cap 12 is of the circular edge type.
[0096] In summary, the invention relates to a washing head 1 for a telescopic cleaning device 2 for a motor vehicle, the washing head 1 comprising:
[0097] - a hollow body 11 delimiting an internal conduit 111 intended to allow the flow of a cleaning liquid, the hollow body 11 comprising at least one projection nozzle 13 of the cleaning liquid fluidly coupled to the internal conduit 111 and located at a terminal end 10A of the hollow body 11, the projection nozzle 13, the hollow body 11 being formed from a first material;
