Description

Mobile lifting device for a building and assembly of a trolley carrying such a device Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a mobile lifting device for a building and a trolley assembly carrying such a device. It applies, in particular, to the handling of heavy loads in building construction.

[0002] Mobility constraints restrict mobile lifting equipment such as truck cranes and telescopic handlers to loads of less than 250 kg. These movements generate significant economic and environmental costs, while requiring a significant allocation of time for the professionals in charge, particularly in difficult-to-access environments such as city centers and metropolitan areas.

[0003] The physical wear and tear in the construction sector, mainly accentuated by the transport of loads weighing less than 30 kg, raises the imperative need to reduce the distribution of small equipment and loads on the different levels of buildings under construction. This requirement aims to avoid the administrative overload and the workload associated with the movement of mobile lifting equipment.

[0004] In a context of progressive decline of energy resources, internationalization and standardization of construction rules, new opportunities for creation are arising.

[0005] The current state of the art uses a jib crane fixed to a structural base, which includes a weight compensation generally equivalent to the load to be lifted. This approach may also require anchoring to the building, an action that frequently leads to irreversible consequences or the need for additional labor. These devices are expensive and require considerable labor to achieve their stable position, given the multiplicity of their components, often weighing around 25 kg each (in accordance with occupational risk prevention regulations). In addition, a counterweight of around 200 kg is generally required for similar machines. It should be noted that a design rule states: "The sum of the heaviest load to be lifted and the accessories used must always remain less than or equal to the Maximum Working Load (WLL)", which highlights the notion of mobility and transportability.

[0006] There are patent publications with similar characteristics such as FR 765944, US5265742 and US 2012 / 168251. However, none of these documents present all the advantages of the present invention. Presentation of the invention

[0007] The present invention aims to overcome these drawbacks with a completely innovative approach.

[0008] More specifically, the invention aims to provide a lifting mechanism powered exclusively by grid electricity, fast and efficient, taking advantage of the benefits of a solid and coherent construction structure. This concept is positioned as a response to future challenges in the industry.

[0009] In particular, one objective of the invention is to provide such a technique making it possible to do without any other ballast system.

[0010] An objective of the invention is to provide such a technique, which can be easily adapted to existing constructions.

[0011] These objectives, as well as others which will appear subsequently, are achieved, according to a first aspect, using a mobile lifting device for a building, the device comprises a mast comprising a boom extending between a first end and a second end, an orientation table and two guys, the first end of the boom is connected to the orientation table and the second end comprises a hoist adapted to lift and move loads, each guy extends from the orientation table to the second end of the boom;the orientation table is connected to an apron of a stirrup, said stirrup being configured to be secured to a building by the action of a pulley, remarkable in that it comprises two modes: a slab nose mode in which the stirrup is secured to a slab nose of a building, in this mode the slab nose of the building is between the apron of the stirrup and a shoe sole of the jaw shoe, the shoe sole of the jaw shoe is movable in translation by a shoe arm, the action of the pulley moves the shoe sole of the jaw shoe which comes to exert a pressure force on the slab nose locking the position of the device;an acroterion mode in which the stirrup is secured to an acroterion of a building, in this mode the acroterion of the building is between a sliding shoe and an acroterion sole secured to the stirrup, the sliding shoe comprises a sole of the sliding shoe positioned partly on the deck and movable in translation by a rectilinear guide of the deck, the action of the block moves the sole of the sliding shoe on the rectilinear guide which comes to exert a pressure force on the acroterion locking the position of the device.;

[0012] Thanks to these features, the building attachment clamp (consisting of stirrups and jaws) eliminates any need for counterweights, anchors or superfluous components. This design gives the clamp total mobility, allowing it to follow the different phases of construction progress (such as the installation of bituminous waterproofing, coatings, etc.). Its relevance continues until the building is handed over to the client, and even during its dismantling.

[0013] A key feature of this machine is its truly mobile nature. This is achieved with the help of its positioning trolley. The design of this trolley, equipped with three-wheel hubs with automatic braking system, simplifies handling, climbing building floors, and positioning at docking areas.

[0014] This design is economical and maintains comfort at work.

[0015] The simplicity of reservation is also a major advantage. The unique standardized reservation board supplied with the device allows concrete design offices to integrate loads into their designs. This integration ensures continuous use of the device until its dismantling, thus reinforcing its durability and practicality.

[0016] The invention is advantageously implemented according to the embodiments and variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or in any technically effective combination.

[0017] In one embodiment, the first end of the boom includes a masthead supporting the hoist and is connected by a pivot link to the yoke.

[0018] This provides greater flexibility and versatility when lifting and moving loads. This configuration allows the hoist to pivot around the bracket, which provides several significant benefits:

[0019] Wide range of motion: The pivot connection between the mast and the yoke allows the hoist to move in an arc around the yoke. This provides a wide range of motion that allows for precise lifting, moving, and positioning of loads in tight or hard-to-reach spaces.

[0020] Positioning Accuracy: The ability to pivot allows for precise positioning of the load, which is essential when installing or handling loads in delicate locations where accuracy is paramount.

[0021] The first end of the boom has a masthead supporting the hoist by a pivot connection.

[0022] Adaptability to lifting angles: Thanks to the ability to pivot, the hoist can be adjusted to different angles relative to the load to be lifted. This is particularly useful when it is necessary to lift loads in unconventional positions or orientations. Reduced stress: When a load is lifted, the stresses and forces exerted on the hoist and mast structure are better distributed thanks to the pivot connection. This helps extend the life of the equipment by reducing wear and excessive stress on the components.

[0023] In one embodiment, the shoe sole has a clamping position and a transport position and the sliding shoe sole has a clamping position and a transport position, the clamping position corresponds to holding the device on the building and the transport position corresponds to a gap with the deck configured for insertion of the device on the parts of the building.

[0024] In one embodiment, in the acroterion mode the device comprises a lateral stabilizer, said lateral stabilizer comprises a press which bears against the acroterion and at least one lateral pin is used to position the lateral stabilizer 8 on the device by making it integral.

[0025] In one embodiment, in the acroterion mode the device comprises a rear stabilizer, said rear stabilizer is integral with the device and comprises a stabilizer foot which rests on the ground of the building near the acroterion.

[0026] In one embodiment, the rear stabilizer comprises a stabilizer wheel which is connected by a cable to the foot and adapted to adjust the height of the foot relative to the device.

[0027] According to a second aspect, the present invention relates to an assembly of a trolley and a mobile lifting device for a building, said trolley comprises a main frame supporting the device, and comprises on each side, two wheels positioned in parallel as well as a third wheel located slightly raised relative to the level of the two wheels, the third wheel contributes to the maneuverability of the trolley and is configured to pivot easily around a central point and adapted to go up or down stairs.

[0028] The advantages, aims and particular characteristics of this assembly being similar to those of the device which is the subject of the present invention, they are not recalled here.

[0029] A three-wheeled cart has several advantages that make it an attractive choice in many situations. Here are some of the key benefits of a three-wheeled cart: Improved maneuverability: Three-wheeled carts are generally more agile and easy to maneuver, especially in tight or congested spaces. The three-wheel design allows for easier turning and smooth movement around obstacles. Space saving: Three-wheeled carts are more compact than their four-wheeled counterparts, making them ideal for environments where space is limited. They can be used effectively in narrow aisles, warehouses, or cramped storage areas. Energy saving: Due to their lighter design and better maneuverability, three-wheeled carts may require less effort to move, which can result in energy savings and reduced operator fatigue. [0045] The present invention is primarily intended for construction workers, and more specifically for those in the finishing trades, working on multi-story buildings. In these contexts, the crane used by masons is generally made available to other trades such as carpenters and roofers. However, once the structural work phase is completed, the crane is dismantled. Craftsmen will be able to easily transport their materials and equipment to their workplace, thus saving time, especially if the quantity of materials requires several lifting operations.

[0046] The device takes about an hour to set up per operator, and another hour to retract. It will weigh about 80 kg on three round trips. If a task requires five round trips with two operators carrying 25 kg loads, the benefits will already be evident.

[0047] The next users of this system are site managers, rental services, and companies involved after the structural work phase. Installing the system on site, with a prorated cost included in the budget, will be an undeniable asset for the efficient completion of their projects, especially when these projects are located in hard-to-reach areas. In addition, this approach will contribute to obtaining certifications such as the BBCA (Low Carbon Building) label.
