Abstract
The invention relates to an electronic device. The electronic device has at least one electronic unit, a housing in which the electronic unit is received, an immersion liquid, received in the housing, wherein a part of the electronic unit is immersed into the immersion liquid in order to cool the electronic unit, a heat sink with a fluid channel, said heat sink being arranged so as to directly contact the electronic unit, and a pump which is designed to generate a fluid flow through the fluid channel in order to transport heat away from the heat sink.
