The stacked device here refers to: having a charge generation layer 70, and a light-emitting functional layer having at least two light-emitting sub-layers of the same light-emitting color in the film thickness direction, and the light-emitting sub-layers are stacked; wherein, the charge-generation layer 70 (charge-generation layer, CGL)

[0025] In addition, the range of values of the groove width or width, the selected materials, etc. described below in this application are only described as the best or better implementation method. Other methods that can meet the inventive concept of this application should also fall within the scope of protection of the present invention and will not be repeated here.

[0026] It should be noted that the first part and the third part constitute the second undercut structure 140, and the second part and the fourth part constitute the first undercut structure 50. The following content is described using the first undercut structure and the second undercut structure as examples.

[0027] In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 1 , the flattening portion 60 is disposed to wrap the second undercut structure 140 , and the first surface 100 is the surface of the flattening portion 60 facing the adjacent first undercut structure 50 .

[0028] It can be understood that the second undercut structure 140 includes a second part 502 and a fourth part 504 arranged in a stacked manner, the fourth part 504 is arranged on the side of the second part 502 away from the flat layer 20, and the edge of the fourth part 504 is arranged beyond the edge of the second part 502. The second undercut structure 140 is wrapped by the flattening portion 60, so that the light-emitting layer 80 at the edge of the second undercut structure 140 is arranged on the first surface 100, and the light-emitting layer 80 can be continuously arranged to insulate and separate the cathode 90 from the charge generation layer 70.

[0029] In one embodiment, referring to FIG2 , the OLED display panel 1 further includes a light-emitting functional layer, the light-emitting functional layer including the anode 40, the light-emitting layer 80, and the cathode 90, the light-emitting layer 80 including at least two light-emitting sublayers of the same light-emitting color arranged along the film thickness direction, and a charge generation layer 70 is arranged between adjacent light-emitting sublayers.

[0030] In which, the light-emitting sublayer includes a first light-emitting sublayer 801 and a second light-emitting sublayer 802 stacked on the side of the first light-emitting sublayer 801 away from the array substrate 10, the charge generation layer 70 includes a first charge generation layer 701 arranged in contact with the first light-emitting sublayer 801 and a second charge generation layer 702 arranged in contact with the second light-emitting sublayer 802, the first charge generation layer 701, the first light-emitting sublayer 801, and the anode 40 constitute a first light-emitting unit, and the second charge generation layer 702, the second light-emitting sublayer 802, and the cathode 90 constitute a second light-emitting unit.

[0031] Among them, the light-emitting functional layer also includes a hole transport layer 110 and an electron transport layer 120. The hole transport layer 110 is arranged on the side surface of the first light-emitting sublayer 801 facing the anode 40, and the electron transport layer 120 is arranged on the side surface of the second light-emitting sublayer 802 away from the flat layer 20.

[0032] It can be understood that the first charge generation layer 701 acts as the cathode 90 in the first light-emitting unit, and the second charge generation layer 702 acts as the anode 40 in the second light-emitting unit. The first light-emitting unit and the second light-emitting unit are stacked and have the same light-emitting color, which can enhance light output.

[0033] In this embodiment, the light output intensity is improved by at least stacking the first light emitting unit and the second light emitting unit having the same light emitting color.

[0034] In one embodiment, the charge generation layer 70 and the cathode 90 are respectively located on both sides of a light-emitting sublayer. At the first surface 100, the light-emitting layer 80, the charge generation layer 70, and the cathode 90 are all continuously arranged.

[0035] Please refer to FIG. 2 , the light-emitting sublayer may be the second light-emitting sublayer 802 .

[0036] It can be understood that at the first surface 100, due to the inclined surface design with an angle less than 90 degrees between the first surface 100 and the upper surface of the flat layer 20 in the direction away from the first undercut structure 50, the light-emitting layer 80, the charge generation layer 70 and the cathode 90 on the first surface 100 are arranged continuously, separating the charge generation layer 70 and the cathode 90 to avoid short circuit between the two.

[0037] In one embodiment, the material of the flattening portion 60 is different from that of the pixel definition layer 30 , the material of the first portion 501 is the same as that of the pixel definition layer 30 , and the material of the third portion 503 is metal oxide.

[0038] The first portion 501 can be prepared in the same layer as the pixel definition layer 30 .

[0039] The flattening portion 60 may be made of an organic material or an inorganic material.

[0040] In one embodiment, an annular groove is formed between adjacent sub-pixels, and the width of the annular groove ranges from 2 micrometers to 10 micrometers.

[0041] The annular groove is arranged between adjacent sub-pixels, and the annular groove is used to form the undercut structure.

[0042] In one embodiment, the width a of the edge of the third portion 503 extending beyond the edge of the first portion 501 ranges from 0.1 micrometers to 0.3 micrometers.

[0043] It can be understood that although the light-emitting layer 80 is discontinuous at the edge of the bottom cut structure, since the light-emitting layer 80 at the bottom cut structure is disconnected from both sides, even if there is a short circuit between the cathode 90 above the bottom cut structure and the charge generation layer 70, since the cathode 90 above the bottom cut structure and the charge generation layer 70 are disconnected from both sides, it will not cause technical problems such as uneven low grayscale display and poor uniformity of large panels.

[0044] It is understandable that if the width of the edge of the third part 503 beyond the edge of the first part 501 is too small, for example, less than 0.1 microns, it is easy for the light-emitting layer 80 to be continuously arranged at the bottom cut structure, thereby causing leakage current between adjacent sub-pixels and causing the problem of stealing light.

[0045] In this embodiment, by limiting the width of the edge of the third part 503 beyond the edge of the first part 501 to a range of 0.1 microns to 0.3 microns, the light-emitting layer 80 is disconnected at the bottom cut structure, and there is no lateral leakage current between adjacent sub-pixels. At the same time, the first inorganic layer can be deposited completely and continuously at the bottom cut structure, thereby ensuring a better packaging effect.

[0046] In one embodiment, the light emitting layer 80 is disconnected at the edge of the third portion 503 .

[0047] It can be understood that by disconnecting the light-emitting layer 80 at the bottom cut structure, the lateral leakage current between adjacent sub-pixels can be cut off, thereby avoiding the generation of lateral leakage current when one sub-pixel emits light, so that the adjacent sub-pixels can also be lit to a certain extent, which alleviates the technical problem of stealth lighting in the existing OLED display panel 1.

[0048] In this embodiment, the light-emitting layer 80 is disconnected by the undercut structure, and there is no lateral leakage current between adjacent sub-pixels, and the problem of stealth lighting does not occur.

[0049] In one embodiment, the OLED display panel 1 further includes an encapsulation layer, and the encapsulation layer includes a first inorganic layer, an organic layer, and a second inorganic layer. The first inorganic layer is continuously disposed in the via hole H2.

[0050] It is understandable that if the width of the edge of the third portion 503 exceeds the width of the edge of the first portion 501 by too much, for example, greater than 0.3 microns, the first inorganic layer may be disconnected at the bottom cut structure, resulting in poor packaging effect.

[0051] In this embodiment, the width a of the edge of the third portion 503 extending beyond the edge of the first portion 501 is in the range of 0.1 micron to 0.3 micron, and the first inorganic layer can be deposited completely and continuously at the bottom cut structure, thereby improving the packaging effect.

[0052] In the present application, a circle of flattening portion 60 is arranged around the first undercut structure 50, please refer to Figure 1, and the second undercut structure 140 is wrapped by the flattening portion 60. The surface of the flattening layer 60 facing the first undercut structure 50, that is, the first surface 100, is inclined in a certain direction. The angle between the first surface 100 and the upper surface of the flat layer 20 in the direction away from the first undercut structure 50 is less than 90 degrees, so that the second undercut structure 140 can be continuously arranged toward the light-emitting layer 80 at the edge of the first undercut structure 50.

[0053] The method for preparing the OLED display panel 1 provided in the present application is used to prepare any of the above embodiments, including:
