Abstract

A terminal according to the present invention comprises: a reception unit that detects a first resource reserved by another terminal in an unlicensed band; and a control unit that determines whether a specific condition related to a second resource close to the first resource in a time domain is satisfied. When the specific condition is satisfied, the control unit transmits a collision notification to the other terminal or re-selects the resource.
