Abstract
This semiconductor film includes quantum dots and a ligand, the quantum dots including a first quantum dot which is a group III-V quantum dot having a band gap of 1.35 eV or less, and a second quantum dot which is a group IV-VI quantum dot having a band gap of 1.35 eV or less, wherein the content of the quantum dots is 50 mass% or more. A light detection element and an image sensor that include the semiconductor film are also provided.
