When the PHR is associated with an actual PUSCH and the first TCI state, the PHR is calculated on the basis of a first propagation loss and a first maximum output power. When the PHR is associated with the actual PUSCH and the second TCI state, the PHR is calculated on the basis of a second propagation loss and a second maximum output power. When the PHR is associated with a reference PUSCH and the first TCI state, the PHR is calculated on the basis of the first propagation loss and a third maximum output power. When the PHR is associated with the reference PUSCH and the second TCI state, the PHR is calculated on the basis of the second propagation loss and a fourth maximum output power.
