Abstract

Disclosed is a circuit unit that is capable of improving heat dissipation even when accommodated in a housing of a battery pack.　A circuit unit 10 that is accommodated in a housing 20 of a battery pack 12 comprises: a circuit-constituting portion 36 that is configured to include a heat-generating component 14; a fan motor 38; and a bus bar 40 composed of a flat metal plate that is in thermal contact with the heat-generating component 14, the bus bar 40 having a corrugated plate portion 68 in which the flat metal plate is deformed into a corrugated plate shape, and the corrugated plate portion 68 of the bus bar 40 being disposed so that crest portions 72 and valley portions 74 of the corrugated plate portion 68 extend along a blowing direction α of the fan motor 38 on the downstream side in the blowing direction α.
