AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Current exercise programs lack a systematic approach to incorporating heart rate variability (HRV) insights for real-time workout adjustments, failing to optimize training based on an athlete's autonomic nervous system and physical readiness.
Method used
A system and method that utilize HRV data to dynamically adjust workout outputs, such as intensity and duration, based on a user's physical readiness indicator, ensuring personalized and adaptive exercise regimens.
Benefits of technology
The system effectively optimizes workout adjustments in real-time, enhancing athletic performance by ensuring workouts align with the user's current physical state, thereby preventing overtraining and promoting optimal recovery.

Abstract
In some examples, a system for dynamically adjusting one or more workout outputs comprises a heart rate monitor operatively coupled to an automatic workout generator. In some examples, a method of altering one or more workout outputs comprises receiving, by a user interface, one or more workout inputs provided by a user and generating one or more workout outputs based on the one or more workout inputs. In some examples, the method further comprises dynamically altering at least one of the one or more workout outputs in response to the determined physical readiness indicator of the user. In some examples, the method further comprises displaying the one or more workout outputs to the user. In some examples, the physical readiness indicator is determined by analyzing heart rate variability data.
