Abstract

Provided are a measurement method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. An embodiment comprises: a terminal is configured to perform layer 1 (L1) measurement on a plurality of cells or a plurality of frequency bands, where the terminal sequentially performs L1 measurement on each of the plurality of cells or the plurality of frequency bands. The method disclosed ensures that L1 measurement for multiple cells or multiple frequency bands can be successfully executed, and measurement stability is ensured.
