Abstract
Provided in the present application are a communication method and a communication apparatus, the communication method comprising: a first network device determining first indication information, the first indication information being used for indicating that a terminal device of at least one first region is allowed access or prohibited access, wherein each first region amongst the at least one first region does not overlap the remaining first regions, and the first region is a partial region in a service region of the first network device; and sending the first indication information. In the present solution, the first network device can implement access control of the terminal devices in the partial region of the service region, preventing all of the terminal devices or a plurality of the terminal devices in the service area from accessing the first network device, which causes storage pressure on the first network device, affecting system communication quality.
