Abstract
Provided is an information processing device comprising a processor, wherein the processor: acquires structure information about an amino acid sequence unique to a protein, and a feature amount of an amino acid residue constituting the amino acid sequence; sets a weight to the feature amount on the basis of the structure information; and causes a machine-learning model to predict property information, which indicates the property of the protein, by applying, to the machine learning model, the feature amount to which the weight is set.
