Abstract

The present application relates to the field of encoding and decoding. Disclosed are an image encoding method, an image decoding method, and a related device. The image encoding method comprises: acquiring first information on the basis of a first code stream; performing size transformation on the first information, so as to obtain second information, wherein the second information comprises information of a chrominance component of a first image format; reconstructing a first image on the basis of the second information; acquiring third information on the basis of a second code stream, wherein the sizes of the third information are consistent with the sizes of the first information in a spatial dimension and a channel dimension; performing size transformation on the third information, so as to obtain fourth information, wherein the fourth information comprises information of a chrominance component of a second image format; and reconstructing a second image on the basis of the fourth information. By means of the present application, size transformation can be performed on information of the same size during decoding, so as to obtain information of chrominance components of different image formats, so that a decoding network has consistent computing power overheads and time overheads when decoding different image formats, thereby improving the stability of information processing.
