Abstract

The present invention provides a brake fluid pressure control device that can reduce the occurrence of abnormalities caused by the intrusion of fluid into the inside of a housing. A brake fluid pressure control device 10 controls the fluid pressure of brake fluid in a brake system 100 of a motorcycle 1, said device comprising: fluid pressure control mechanisms 27, 37, 40a-40d, 50 that control the fluid pressure of the brake fluid; a control board 70 that controls operations by the fluid pressure control mechanisms 27, 37, 40a-40d, 50; a housing 80 that accommodates the fluid pressure control mechanisms 27, 37, 40a-40d, 50 and the control board 70; and first to sixth fluid intrusion detection units 76-79, 110, 111 which are disposed inside the housing 80 and which include at least one pair of electrodes 76a, 76b disposed apart from one another.
