Method for classifying skin condition relating to premenstrual skin roughness

Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel skin care solution.　The present inventors have found that there is a difference in skin normal bacterial flora between people whose skin is prone to premenstrual skin roughness and people whose skin is less prone to premenstrual skin roughness, and the difference in skin normal bacterial flora is associated with menstrual cycle-related skin roughness. The present inventors have also found that the abundance of Propionibacterium acnes is high in the skin bacterial flora of subjects having a small amount of sebum and a poor index for premenstrual skin roughness. The present invention provides a method for classifying premenstrual skin roughness on the basis of skin bacterial flora analysis according to an index for premenstrual skin roughness and an index for the amount of sebum.
