Description

Method and device for obtaining contract data

[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

[0002] This disclosure is based on Chinese patent application CN2023118703354, filed on December 29, 2023, entitled “A method and device for obtaining contract data”, and claims the priority of the patent application, and all the contents disclosed therein are incorporated into this disclosure by reference. Technical Field

[0003] The present disclosure relates to the field of communication technology, and in particular to a method and device for acquiring contract data. Background Art

[0004] In a mobile communication network, user home domain subscription common data such as data in Unified Data Management (UDM) and policy data such as data in Policy Control Function (PCF) are uniformly stored and managed in the home domain.

[0005] When a user obtains contract information in the home domain, he specifies which type of contract data or which types of contract data to obtain through signaling messages. The data management function in the network control unit filters, combines and processes the contract data according to needs and returns it to the service management function of the network control unit.

[0006] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a method for obtaining subscription data in the related art. As shown in Figure 1, when a user moves to a visited domain, the network control unit of the visited domain obtains subscription information from the home domain via signaling messages. The data management function in the network control unit of the home domain processes the subscription data as required and returns it to the network control unit of the visited domain.

[0007] 6G realizes distributed autonomy with data as the center. User-signed general data and policy data can be directly and quickly transmitted across domains, realizing data autonomy within the distributed autonomous domain.

[0033] The memory 204 can be used to store computer programs, for example, software programs and modules of application software, such as the computer program corresponding to the method for obtaining contract data in the embodiment of the present disclosure. The processor 202 executes various functional applications and single-board matching by running the computer program stored in the memory 204, that is, implementing the above-mentioned method. The memory 204 may include a high-speed random access memory and may also include a non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some instances, the memory 204 may further include a memory remotely located relative to the processor 202, and these remote memories may be connected to the computer device via a network. [0035] In this embodiment, a method for acquiring subscription data running on the aforementioned computer device is provided. FIG3 is a flowchart of the method for acquiring subscription data according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG3 , the method is applied to a network data unit of a visited domain. The specific process includes the following steps:

[0036] Step S302: receiving a data acquisition request sent by a network control unit of the visited domain;

[0037] Step S304: Send a subscription request to the network data unit of the home domain, and receive subscription data corresponding to the data feature information fed back by the network data unit of the home domain, wherein the subscription request carries the data feature information of the visited domain, and the subscription request is used to obtain data and subscribe to data changes;

[0038] Step S306: associate the subscription data with the data feature information and store them in a local memory, and then obtain the subscription data requested by the network control unit of the visited domain from the local memory;

[0039] Step S308: Feedback the subscription data to the network control unit of the visited domain.

[0040] Through the above steps S302 to S308, the problem in related technologies that the acquisition of contract data requires signaling interaction with the data management function of the home domain and cannot achieve data autonomy within the domain can be solved, thereby achieving data autonomy within the domain and ensuring data isolation and data security.

[0041] Specifically, the existing technology is driven by service signaling. According to different scenarios, the network data unit selects an appropriate data set, processes it, and then transmits it to the network control unit. In particular, when cross-domain access occurs, the network control unit of the home domain needs to participate in the selection or customization of the network data unit, and domain autonomy cannot be achieved. The embodiment of the present disclosure is data-centric, with the network data unit managing data and providing different data according to the characteristics of the service. The network data unit does not simply store data, but classifies the data according to data characteristics and stores it according to templates. When there is a request to query data, the stored data is integrated according to the characteristic information carried in the request, and all information or instructions that meet the characteristics are returned. This not only satisfies the data acquisition request, but also achieves the effect of data isolation, avoids exposing excessive information, and improves data security. When cross-domain access occurs, the network data unit of the visited domain carries the data characteristics of the visited domain and subscribes to the data of the visited domain from the network data unit of the home domain. After obtaining the data of the visited domain, the network data unit of the visited domain completes the data autonomy within the domain, which can achieve data autonomy within the distributed autonomous domain and ensure data isolation and data security.

[0042] In one embodiment, before sending the subscription request to the network data unit of the home domain, the method further includes:

[0043] If the subscription data requested by the network control unit of the visited domain exists in the local memory, the subscription data is directly fed back to the network control unit of the visited domain.

[0044] In one embodiment, the method further comprises:

[0045] The network data unit of the visited domain receives a request for changing subscription data sent by the network control unit of the visited domain;

[0046] The network data unit of the visited domain receives the changed subscription data fed back by the network data unit of the home domain, and feeds back the changed subscription data to the network control unit of the visited domain.

[0047] The present disclosure also provides a method for acquiring subscription data. FIG4 is a second flowchart of the method for acquiring subscription data according to an optional embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG4 , the method is applied to a network control unit of a visited domain. The specific process includes the following steps:

[0048] Step S402: Send a data acquisition request to the network data unit of the visited domain;

[0049] Step S404: Receive subscription data obtained and fed back by the network data unit of the visited domain from the local memory, wherein the subscription data is the subscription data corresponding to data feature information fed back by the network data unit of the home domain after the network data unit of the visited domain sends a subscription request to the network data unit of the home domain. The subscription data is stored in the local memory in association with the data feature information. The subscription request carries the data feature information of the visited domain, and the subscription request is used to obtain data and subscribe to data changes.

[0050] Through the above steps S402 to S404, the problem in related technologies that the acquisition of contract data requires signaling interaction with the data management function of the home domain and cannot achieve data autonomy within the domain can be solved, thereby achieving data autonomy within the domain and ensuring data isolation and data security.

[0051] In one embodiment, the method further comprises:

[0052] Sending a request for subscription data change to a network data unit of the visited domain;

[0053] Receive changed subscription data fed back by the network data unit of the visited domain, wherein the changed subscription data is fed back by the network data unit of the home domain after the network data unit of the visited domain sends the subscription request to the network data unit of the home domain.

[0054] The present disclosure also provides a subscription data acquisition system. FIG5 is a block diagram of the subscription data acquisition system according to the present disclosure. As shown in FIG5 , the system includes: a visited domain network control unit 52, a visited domain network data unit 54, a home domain network data unit 56, and a home domain network data unit 58, wherein:

[0055] The network control unit 52 of the visited domain is used to send a data acquisition request to the network data unit of the visited domain;

[0056] a visited domain network data unit 54, configured to receive the data acquisition request sent by the visited domain network control unit, and send a subscription request to the home domain network data unit, wherein the subscription request carries data feature information of the visited domain, and the subscription request is used to obtain data and subscribe to data changes;

[0057] a home domain network data unit 58, configured to receive the subscription request sent by the visited domain network data unit, obtain the subscription data corresponding to the data characteristic information from a local memory, and feed the subscription data corresponding to the data characteristic information back to the visited domain network data unit, wherein the subscription data and the data characteristic information are stored in association in the local memory;

[0058] The visited domain network data unit 54 is further configured to receive the subscription data corresponding to the data feature information fed back by the home domain network data unit, associate the subscription data with the data feature information and store it in a local memory, then retrieve the subscription data requested by the visited domain network control unit from the local memory, and feed the subscription data back to the visited domain network control unit.

Specifically, the existing technology is driven by business signaling. According to different scenarios, the network data unit selects a suitable data set, which is processed and then passed to the network control unit. Especially when cross-domain access occurs, the network control unit of the home domain needs to participate in the selection or customization of the network data unit, and autonomy within the domain cannot be achieved. When cross-domain access occurs, the network data unit of the visited domain carries the data characteristics of the visited domain and subscribes to the data of the visited domain from the network data unit of the home domain.
