Abstract
Description
shoes
[0001] The present invention relates to shoes, and more particularly to shoes that can prevent a tongue from slipping into the shoe without releasing the tongue.
[0002] There is a conventional shoe that prevents the tongue from slipping into the shoe (see Patent Document 1). This shoe has a tongue (4) arranged on the upper surface of a notch (2) formed in the front of the shoe boot, covering the notch (2). A pressure-bonding surface fastener (5) is attached to the underside of a band (3) extending from one side of the boot (11) to the other side of the boot (11') by sandwiching the tongue (4). A fixed surface fastener (3) that corresponds to and forms a pair with this pressure-bonding surface fastener (5) is attached to the other side of the boot (11').
[0003] Registered Utility Model No. 3033984
[0004] In the above shoes, when the crimped surface fastener of the band is removed from the fixed surface fastener on the shoe boot side and the band is released from the shoe boot, the tongue is completely released from the notch at the front of the shoe boot, and when the crimped surface fastener of the band is engaged with the surface fastener on the shoe boot side and the band is fastened to the shoe boot, the tongue completely covers the notch at the front of the shoe boot. As a result, the tongue must be released every time the shoes are put on, which creates the problem of making putting on the shoes cumbersome.
[0005] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a shoe that takes into consideration the above problems.
[0006] The shoe according to claim 1 is a shoe comprising a sole, an upper part formed with an opening for inserting a user's foot, and disposed on the sole, the shoe comprising a pair of wings defining a part of the outer periphery of the opening, and a tongue-like part enclosing a part of the area between the pair of wings, the tongue-like part having an upwardly convex elastic member and a covering member covering the elastic member, the elastic member being harder than the covering member, the height of the convex peaks of the elastic member at an end closer to the opening being higher than the height of the convex peaks of the elastic member at an end farther from the opening, the tongue-like part and The elastic member is connected to the wing portion or the upper portion, and the tongue-shaped portion secures the opening when the shoe is not in use. The strength of the elastic force of the elastic member contained in the tongue-shaped portion is such that when the tongue-shaped portion is pressed toward the insole of the shoe, the tongue-shaped portion moves toward the insole of the shoe, and when the pressing action is released, the tongue-shaped portion returns to its original position by the elastic member. The thickness T1 of the elastic member on the side closer to the opening is greater than the thickness T2 of the elastic member on the side farther from the opening, and the portion of the elastic member with thickness T2 is connected to the wing portion. The thickness of the elastic member changes discontinuously or continuously between the side closer to the opening and the side farther from the opening, and the portion with the smaller thickness on the farther side from the opening is connected to the wing portion.
[0007] In addition, the shoe described in claim 2 is the shoe described in claim 1, in which an elastic member is disposed within the tongue-shaped portion from the opening to the middle of the longitudinal direction in the toe direction via a covering member, and the elastic member is not disposed within the tongue-shaped portion from the tip of the middle to the tip of the toe direction.
[0008] In addition, the shoe described in claim 3 is the shoe described in claim 1, in which the open end of the tongue-shaped part on the side farther from the toe of the shoe has a top of the elastic member corresponding to the width direction of the open end across the instep of the foot, and is inclined upward.
[0009] A shoe according to claim 4 is the shoe according to claim 1, which has a heel portion, and a protrusion having a core built in and protruding above a top line of the heel portion is attached to the heel portion, and the protrusion has first and second peaks on both sides and a valley portion between the first peak and the second peak, and a first guide portion for guiding the heel of the foot into the shoe is formed on the inside of the first peak and a second guide portion for guiding the heel of the foot into the shoe is formed on the inside of the second peak, and the first peak is inclined diagonally upward and outward, and the second peak is inclined diagonally upward, and when viewed from the front of the heel portion, the valley is located in the center, the first peak is on the right and the second peak is on the left, and the first guide portion and the second peak are opposite each other and inclined so as to widen outward.
[0010] According to the shoe of claim 1, the tongue-shaped part has an elastic member having a convex shape on the top and a covering member that covers the elastic member, the elastic member being harder than the covering member, and the height of the convex peaks of the elastic member at the end closer to the opening is higher than the height of the convex peaks of the elastic member at the end farther from the opening, so that the elastic member functions as a structural member of the tongue-shaped part, prevents the tongue-shaped part from deforming, keeps the tongue-shaped part in a predetermined shape, and makes it easy to put on, The thickness T1 of the elastic member on the side closer to the opening is greater than the thickness T2 of the elastic member on the side farther from the opening, and the portion of the elastic member with thickness T2 is connected to the wing portion, and the thickness of the elastic member changes discontinuously or continuously (continuous means that the thickness of the elastic member gradually decreases from the side closer to the opening to the side farther from the opening) between the side closer to the opening and the side farther from the opening, and the elastic member is connected to the wing portion at the portion with the smaller thickness on the side farther from the opening, so no force is applied to the elastic member; in other words, when the shoe is not in use, the tongue secures the opening, and when force is applied to the elastic member (for example, when the foot comes into contact with the tongue), the tongue and elastic member rotate in the direction of the force, and the strength of the elastic force of the elastic member contained in the tongue is such that when the tongue is pressed toward the insole of the shoe, the tongue moves toward the insole of the shoe, and when the pressing action is released, the elastic member returns the tongue to its original position. In other words, when the tongue and elastic member come into contact with the foot inserted into the opening, the tongue and elastic member are connected to the wing or upper, and the thickness of the elastic member varies discontinuously between the side closer to the opening and the side farther from it, and the elastic member is connected to the wing at the part where it is thinner on the side farther from the opening. This makes it easier for the tongue to rotate upward using the connected part as a fulcrum, enlarging the opening and making it easier to put on the shoe, and when the shoe is not in use, the elastic force of the elastic member is used to cause the tongue to return to its original position, ready to wait for the next time the shoe is put on.
[0011] Furthermore, according to the shoe of claim 2, in addition to the effects of the invention of claim 1 described above, an elastic member is embedded through a covering member from the opening of the tongue to halfway along the longitudinal direction in the direction of the toes, and the elastic member is not embedded from the end of the halfway point (meaning not including the halfway point) to the tip of the tongue in the direction of the toes, so that the hard elastic member covering member prevents the instep from coming into contact with the foot, thereby improving comfort when wearing the shoe.
[0012] Furthermore, according to the shoe described in claim 3, in addition to the effects of the invention of claim 1 described above, the open end of the tongue-shaped part on the side farthest from the toe of the shoe, and the top of the elastic member corresponding to the width direction of the open end across the instep of the foot, is inclined upward, so that when the foot comes into contact with the part where the top of the elastic member is inclined upward, the elastic member moves upward and the foot is guided downward, so that when the foot comes into contact with the part where the top of the elastic member is inclined upward, the elastic member moves upward and the foot is guided downward, which has the effect of making the shoe easier to put on.
[0013] Furthermore, according to the shoe of claim 4, in addition to the effects of the invention of claim 1 described above, the valley portion is located in the center when viewed from the front of the heel, making it easy for the heel to enter the shoe, and the heel of the foot entering the shoe abuts against the first and second crests, and the abutting heel is guided by the inside of the first and second crests and smoothly led into the shoe, allowing the shoe to be put on without a shoehorn, without crushing the heel portion.

[0015] S: shoe 1: sole 2: upper part 2A: opening 3: wing part 4: tongue-like part 5: elastic member 6: midsole 7: heel part T: top line
[0016] A shoe according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings (FIGS. 1 to 14). Shoe S shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, 12, and 13 includes a sole 1 and an upper 2 positioned on the sole 1, with an opening 2A formed therein for inserting a user's foot. Reference numerals 3 and 3 shown in FIG. 1 designate a pair of wings that define a portion of the outer periphery of the opening 2A, a tongue 4 that closes a portion of the area between the pair of wings 3 and 3, and an upwardly convex elastic member 5 that is contained within the tongue 4. The elastic member 5 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin, more specifically, TPU, and is capable of maintaining its own convex shape, serving as a structural member.
[0017] The tongue 4 and the elastic member 5 are connected to the wings 3, 3 by, for example, sewing with thread. X in FIG. 1 indicates a stitching location. Therefore, when the shoe S is taken off, the tongue 4 returns to its original position by the elastic member 5 ( FIG. 13 ), returning the position of the outlet 2A to its original position, making it easier to put on. It also prevents the elastic member 5 in the tongue 4 from moving, preventing the tongue 4 from slipping into the shoe S with the instep when putting on the shoe S, making it easier to put on. Note that, although two stitching locations X are provided on the left and right sides in FIG. 1 of this embodiment, a single stitching location X may be used in some cases. Furthermore, while the tongue 4 and the elastic member 5 are connected to the wings 3, 3, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the tongue 4 and the elastic member 5 may be connected to the upper portion 2.
[0018] When the shoe S is not in use, the tongue 4 secures the opening 2A with the elastic member 5 as shown in Figures 1, 2, 3 and 13. When the shoe S is not in use, the tongue 4 and the elastic member 5 connected to the wings 3, 3 or the upper 2 keep the tongue 4 in a predetermined position to secure the opening 2A and make it easy to put on the shoe S. The elastic force of the elastic member 5 contained within the tongue 4 is such that when the tongue 4 is pressed toward the insole 6 of the shoe S, the tongue 4 moves toward the insole 6 of the shoe S (see Figure 12), and when the pressing action is released, the tongue 4 returns to its original position by the elastic member 5 (Figures 1 and 13).
[0019] Therefore, according to the above-mentioned shoe S, the upwardly convex elastic member 5 contained within the tongue 4 makes the tongue 4 of the opening 2A convex, which prevents the tongue 4 from slipping into the inside of the shoe S with the instep of the foot when putting on the shoe S, making it easier to put on.
[0020] Furthermore, since the tongue-like portion 4 and the elastic member 5 are connected to the wing portions 3, 3 or the upper portion 2, when the shoe S is taken off, the tongue-like portion 4 returns to its original position by the elastic member 5, returning the position of the outlet 2A to its original position and making it easier to put on, and also preventing the elastic member 5 inside the tongue-like portion 4 from moving, preventing the tongue-like portion 4 from slipping into the shoe S with the instep when putting on the shoe S, making it easier to put on.
[0021] Furthermore, since the elastic member 5 is harder than the covering member (outer member of the tongue 4) 41 of the tongue 4 that covers the elastic member 5, the tongue 4 of the opening 2A is made harder by its convex shape, which makes it easier to put on the shoes S by better preventing the tongue 4 from slipping into the inside of the shoes S with the instep of the foot.
[0022] 3, the thickness T1 of the elastic member 5 on the side closer to the opening 2A is greater than the thickness T2 (T2<T1) of the elastic member 5 on the side farther from the opening 2A, and the elastic member 5 is connected to the wing portion 2A or the upper portion 2. Therefore, by using a simple method, the elastic force of the elastic member 5 can be increased, which can better prevent the tongue portion 4 from slipping into the inside of the shoe S with the instep, making it easier to put on the shoe.
[0023] As described above, the tongue 4 and elastic member 5 are connected to the wing 3 or upper 2, the tongue 4 secures the opening 2A when the shoe S is not in use, and the elastic force of the elastic member 5 contained within the tongue 4 is such that when the tongue 4 is pressed toward the insole 6 of the shoe S, the tongue 4 moves toward the insole 6 of the shoe S (see FIG. 12), and when the pressing action is released, the elastic member 5 returns the tongue 4 to its original position. Therefore, by the tongue 4 and elastic member 5 connected to the wing 3 or upper 2, the tongue 4 remains in a predetermined position when the shoe S is not in use (FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 13), securing the opening 2A and making it easier to put on the shoe, and also preventing the tongue 4 from slipping into the shoe S with the instep when putting on the shoe S, making it easier to put on.
[0024] The shoe S described above has a heel 7, and is provided with a protrusion on the heel 7, the protrusion having a core 40 (see counter in FIG. 14) protruding above the top line T of the heel 7. The protrusion has first and second peaks M1 and M2 on both sides, and a valley V between the first peak M1 and the second peak M2. A first guide G1 for guiding the heel of the foot into the shoe S is formed on the inside of the first peak, and a second guide G2 for guiding the heel of the foot into the shoe S is formed on the inside of the second peak M1. The first peak M1 slopes upward and diagonally outward, and the second peak M2 slopes upward and diagonally outward, and when viewed from the front of the heel portion 7, the valley V is located in the center, the first peak M1 is located to the right, and the second peak M2 is located to the left, and the first guide portion G1 and the second guide portion G2 face each other and slope outward. Therefore, because the valley V is located in the center when viewed from the front of the heel portion 7, it is easy for the heel to enter the shoe S, and the heel of the foot entering the shoe S abuts against the first peak M1 and the second peak M2, and the abutting heel is guided by the inside of the first peak M1 and the inside of the second peak M2 and smoothly led into the shoe S, allowing the shoe to be put on without a shoehorn without crushing the heel. In addition, 401 is a moon-shaped core body, 401A is a moon-shaped core valley portion, 401B is a first moon-shaped core ridge portion, 401C is a second moon-shaped core ridge portion, 41 is a first peak portion, 42 is a second peak portion, and 43 is a valley portion.
