Abstract

The present invention relates to an automatic multi-use cup lid cleaning system and, specifically, comprises: a frame body part (100); an input conveyor part (200) for moving a to-be-cleaned cup lid (C1); a cleaning part (300) including a cleaning pipe (310), and upper and lower cleaning parts (320, 330) which are lifted and lowered in order to support and clean the to-be-cleaned cup lid (C1) inserted into each cleaning pipe, and which rotate in different directions and the same direction so as to selectively spray a cleaning solution or cleaning water at and clean the upper, lower and side surface portions of the to-be-cleaned cup lid, or one of which rotates in the same direction as the to-be-cleaned cup lid, so as to spray only the cleaning water at the upper, lower and side surface portions and simultaneously clean same; a discharge conveyor part (400) for receiving and transferring a cleaned cup lid (C2) that has been completely cleaned through the cleaning part; and an alignment chute part (500) that is disposed above the input conveyor part and that includes a chute part (510) for sequentially arranging the to-be-cleaned cup lids, simultaneously transferred along the input conveyor part, so as to align same at the correct position, and an ejection part (520) which is operated to move back and forth in order to input and move the to-be-cleaned cup lid, aligned in the chute part, to the upper portion of the cleaning pipe (310) of the cleaning part (300) and which is for ejecting, to the discharge conveyor part (400), the cleaned cup lid that has been completely cleaned in the cleaning part, during the process of inputting and moving the to-be-cleaned cup lid to the upper portion of the cleaning pipe.

Automatic reusable cup lid cleaning system

[0001] The present invention relates to an automatic reusable cup lid washing system in which the entire process of loading and aligning reusable cup lids in consideration of the interval between the washing positions of the reusable cup lids, moving the aligned cup lids to the washing position, washing, and moving the washed cup lids to the discharge position is automatically performed by a single system.
