Abstract
A pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one derivative, in particular a phosphate derivative thereof, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof as a phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor. In particular, the present invention relates to a phosphamide compound of the pyrimido[6,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one derivative and a use thereof as an anti-inflammatory bronchodilator drug.
