Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are a Larix olgensis SNP molecular marker, a whole-genome liquid chip prepared therefrom, and a use thereof. The Larix olgensis SNP molecular marker comprises at least one of 61,680 SNP molecular markers. The physical positions of the 61,680 SNP molecular markers are determined on the basis of sequence alignment with reference genome GCA_027924585.1 of Larix kaempferi. The Larix olgensis SNP molecular marker of the present invention can be used for specifically identifying Larix olgensis trees. Using loci to prepare a Larix olgensis tree species whole-genome liquid chip can achieve low-cost genotyping, Larix olgensis genetic diversity evaluation, germplasm resource and genetic relationship identification, molecular design breeding, genetic map construction and functional gene positioning, whole-genome association analysis, and intelligent breeding. The Larix olgensis SNP molecular marker has relatively high application value in various fields such as Larix olgensis breeding.
